Lindsay Gilbert
Lindsay Gilbert Jamison is a certified Yoga instructor and visual artist based on Philadelphia, PA. Lindsay also teaches Hatha, restorative & chair yoga as well as art classes. She loves being immersed in nature, exploring the unknown, creating mixed media and glass sculptures, and inspiring people to pursue their truth. Her goal is to make yoga and visual art accessible to everyone; to empower the community through mindfulness based practices and positive self transformation.
